This entry is two years late.

I'm so in love with Bakumatsu Kikansetsu Irohanihoheto right now! I can finally spell the last part of the title!! \o/ Not that far into the show yet -- I've only watched up to ep. 6 since the IRC bot is slow. :( Hopefully, I'll get to watch more soon, since the anime's very interesting (if a little confusing).

Since the series has such a strong Japanese history and theater (!) influence, watching it makes me feel a bit more cultured. The theatrical scenes, I thought, were incredibly well-done! The history part... ehhh, not so much. TMI! XD;

why isn't anyone else watching this?

Finally finished Tokyo Majin's Kenbu arc (after what? six months? |D)! I really enjoyed it even though I didn't care much for Daigo or Komaki and I thought some of the other Kenbu members needed more fleshing out. D: Mibu did get an awful lot of screentime at least, and I'm happy with just that. I think I'll finish the series and watch the Wheelchair-kun/emo!Tatsuma arc even with the lack of subs.

Just watched episode 10 of Zoku SZS Awesome, and I realized I haven't blogged about this show at all, despite it being one of the ~~three~~ four anime I'm actively following. Clearly, this must be remedied.

And now, a fangirly interlude.

Late news is late, but Kaaaang, Sengoku Basara 2 ~~in 2D~~ -Heroes- is out... just this week, I think? I'll go to GH as soon as I'm not swamped with schoolwork and stuff and see if I can get a copy. ♥

Someone was kind enough to rip some of the game movies here, but whenever I try to play the files, my computer hangs... as if it cannot handle the awesome! D: Now I have to resort to Youtube for my Basara fix.

Character trailer. KEIJI! ♥♥♥ God, I love his "doumo, doumo~" line. ~~OYAKATA-SAMAAA!!1~~ YUKIMURA! OICHI! Also, we have a new ninja. :D Who almost flipped me out because I honestly thought he was a girl for a second (despite that figure) until I realized he was mute and it was Kasuga talking. orz And Yoshimoto just. scares me. Lolicon monk Zabie is more than enough, okay? |D Why are there clown characters in almost every Sengoku era game?

I cannot wait to get my hands on this game. >D

Heart no Kuni no Alice PIIIIMP!

An otome PC game that I think Rika/

redmoonmurder might really, really like. This game has explicit sexual scenes (and Neoroma games like Corda and Ange don't even have that much physical contact!). The opening is just a teaser, I'm sure. 8D Interesting character designs, although I think they could've been drawn better... Uh, there's a torrent for this game floating around, but I don't plan on d/ling it yet because (1) the game's pretty text-heavy and (2) the gameplay's actually complicated. Too bad. D: Anyway, cast list!
