Took care of some school stuff and (reluctantly) enrolled for summer classes today. My schedule isn't bad and I don't have to wake up too early at least, but still. Classes. everyday. summertime. orz

Also, I have seven hours of Physics, three days a week. Whutwhutwhut. D:


In gaming geekery news, I've just started playing "Professor Layton and the Curious Village" a few days ago. ( How curious~ )

UH. I seemed to have developed the habit of getting into a new series and then marathoning it like crazy during exams week. First being Reborn!, and now Ghost Hound. What will it be for finals? D: I-I have very little self-restraint. But it is kind of a funny tradition... if I ignore the fact that it could kill my grades someday. orz

Anyway, Ghost Hound is awesome! I don't think a show has creeped me out so much before. And I even watched a few episodes in the middle of the night, too! XD; Let's see... Tarou's dreams are creepy. That abandoned hospital is creepy. The school psychiatrist is creepy. And I don't think I'll ever get used to the sound effects. |D

That aside, I love the traumatized trio; Tarou, especially! And Miyako's adorable! ♥

Oh, and watching this show is like taking a crash course in psychiatry, which was my favorite subject back at the start of the term (wow, it feels like such a long time since then!). I love that they included so much info in the story--it really pokes my geek buttons. The only other anime that makes me feel this way is Moyashimon when I remember to watch it. hogosh, FUN FUN times in the micro lab! o/ Except I was bored most of the time, and the bacteria are a pain to culture. :/

Late news is late, but Kaaaang, Sengoku Basara 2 in 2D -Heroes- is out... just this week, I think? I'll go to GH as soon as I'm not swamped with schoolwork and stuff and see if I can get a copy. ♥

Someone was kind enough to rip some of the game movies here, but whenever I try to play the files, my computer hangs... as if it cannot handle the awesome! D: Now I have to resort to Youtube for my Basara fix.

Last week, I got into a new shounen series: Katekyo Hitman Reborn! Watched all the currently subbed episodes in just a couple days (All forty-eight, lol). Aaaaand last week also just happened to be finals. I-I don't know how I managed to get any studying done, either. Ahaha. My favorite characters so far are Gokudera, Dino (KENN<333), Bel, and Chrome. And GokuTsuna is my OTP. :D I'd ship Mukuro/Chrome, too... if I wasn't so convinced Mukuro's gay. Yeah.

I finally got a Yamaha keyboard last Sunday \o/, so I've been busy these past few days with my MUSICAL TRAINING!! >O Despite the fact that I took lessons before, I'm starting from scratch since it's been years since I stopped playing the piano. I don't have any specific goals in mind—just playing beginner pieces to get my fingers used to the feel of things. I'm practicing triads/chords now. Also need to work on my sight-reading.


Randomly, Hirano Aya with no bangs bears an uncanny resemblance to my old classmate Nina. 8D

Downloaded the raw of the first episode earlier today. Everything's really confusing so far, but I have a gut feeling that the series could develop into something EPIC! Uh, now that I think about it, the confusion was largely self-inflicted since I'm too impatient to wait for the subs.
