(no subject)

I know I'm a couple of weeks late, but I started watching Gundam oo today and already caught up with the subs. I don't have any expectations for the show (it's Gundam), and I'm liking it so far. Favorite characters are Setsuna, Graham, and Lockon, in that order. Predictably, my crack OTPs are Graham/Setsuna (LOL) and Lockon/Setsuna.

Emo Setsuna is emo (and doesn't like being touched 8D), but I can't help but like him. He reminds me of Shinn and I like Shinn. I like my pilots emo, okay?! Can't stand them otherwise. *cough* I was also pleasantly surprised to find out that he's voiced by Miyano Mamoru. I didn't recognize him! D: Well, I don't think Setsuna's a typical Mamochan role to begin with (read: not blonde and/or pretty). I guessed Saitou Chiwa and Fujiwara Keiji right, at least.

What else...? Soma gives me Anemone vibes. Marina gives me Cagalli vibes. Allelujah is kinda meh at the moment. And I don't have much of an opinion on Tieria, other than I think that pink cardigan really suits him.

Oh, and I'm not a fan of Hyde, but I really like the OP song because... it doesn't sound like the typical Gundam opening. I was really expecting TMR when the credits started. 8D
