frankly, I'm ashamed

Took care of some school stuff and (reluctantly) enrolled for summer classes today. My schedule isn't bad and I don't have to wake up too early at least, but still. Classes. everyday. summertime. orz
Also, I have seven hours of Physics, three days a week. Whutwhutwhut. D:
In gaming geekery news, I've just started playing "Professor Layton and the Curious Village" a few days ago. What is up with this game?! It's one of the cutest and definitely the most challenging game I've ever played! And Layton is awesome and Luke is such a darling! <333 I'm slooooowly making my way through it. Whenever I unlock a new puzzle, especially those that look hard, I just... stare at the screen blankly for several seconds. 8D; I hope I get used to this.
I've never restarted a game so much before! I normally wouldn't be too OC about a game, either, but it's just so disheartening to get an INCORRECT and to see Professor Layton looking so sad (it's okay when it's Luke, though! XD). I think I'll feel smarter if I'm able to solve the puzzles on my first try. Which only happened about twice, I think.
I don't think I can beat it anytime soon, though. ;( I can only play little by little; my brain can only handle so much! Still, ♥!

Date: 2008-04-05 02:52 am (UTC)Isn't it so cute? :D But I totally agree, every time Luke was like, "Oh look, a hidden puzzle! :D", I was like, "...Uh." And it's so sad when you get an incorrect as Layton. "Frankly...I'm ashamed." XD I love him, so I hate letting him down. LOL I kept having to restart after using hint coins, because I wanted to save them all...
Good luck with school, class all summer would be hard... D:

Date: 2008-04-06 06:36 pm (UTC)YEAH. Whenever I make a mistake as Layton, I can't help but go, "No, Professor! It's not you, it's ME!"
And I don't know if it's a bad thing or not, but I can't help but question my line of thinking when I try solving the puzzles ("Hm. This guess is so far-off from what I'd usually reason; it must be correct!" 8D).
Thanks! Well, it'll only be about a month anyway. And I'll be graduating soon, so I guess I shouldn't be this lazy!

Date: 2008-04-07 11:09 pm (UTC)XD I know, when you solve a puzzle, the people are like, "I should've given you a harder one. You are the puzzle master after all!" and I'm like "...after eight tries?" From what I can remember, the hardest one for me was this hidden puzzle with those sliding squares you have to arrange into a picture. It was just so ridiculously hard for some reason! I finally got it right before finishing the game, but gah... -_-
Wow, that's great! You're graduating pretty young, aren't you? =smart! :D
